"Reception staff were great. Pulled all the stops out so I could have a room in a location I requested. Areas of the hotel were going through maintenance and decorating but caused NO disruption to guests. The car park is gated with access code that changes daily to exit it. The only 2 criticisms I can say. 1 is delivery drivers making a hell of a lot of noise outside the front of the hotel when delivering drinks and snacks. The other is the car parking charge. £5 a night. That doesn't bother...

"Short staffed, no ac, limited breakfast, room needs updating. Nice shower and bathroom, although small. No lift."

"They never cleaned our room during our 5 night stay. The breakfast costs money and literally only consists of muffins. And our room was in a basement area 6 flights of stairs down with no elevator"
