"Stayed here for two nights a couple weeks ago. Chose Hotel Velvet based upon a recommendation. Very clean, upscale, quiet, accommodating. In a nice area of the city. "Location, service were excellent. Only issue A/C unit not working as it should be and everything operates with door key. Once you leave room a/c shuts off and when you return and insert key A/c turns back on. If your out of room for long period, rooms heats up and takes long to cool off."
