"Great location for air plane spotting. The lounge at 8F is awesome, can enjoy the view and have some drinks. Place is brand new, in perfect condition. Parking is convenient, and plenty."

"This hotel is very run-down. Pool is closed. Many things are broken and falling apart in the rooms. Had to switch rooms because of mold and stained bed sheets. The second room also had some mold smell, stained bed sheets, stained walls, a broken wall panel underneath the desk etc. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff is very friendly/helpful and the location of the hotel is great."

"I’m sure even after staff clean up facilities, customers who stay there can make things dirty. I didn’t feel the room was very small. It was quiet except a few alarms went off on the first morning. The staff’s are very helpful and knowledgeable where to visit. It was helpful for me who didn’t plan what to see ahead. I was glad to talk with the staff to confirm my reservation on the phone and late arrival after 12 am etc. The hotel is located in very convenient area to do sightseeing. I...

"Clean"

"New and affordable modern hotel. Highly recommend."

"My experience during this stay, from the staff to the breakfast was completely different from my previous visit, and, to be honest, a bit disappointing."

"Really beautiful hotel with thoughtful details. The staff was nice enough and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. You aren’t permitted to wear the really cool pajamas and robes into the common areas or breakfast though which was unusual for Japan. Overall fantastic value and lovely place."

"Location was great for a short trip - close to shopping areas and monorail for further afield."
