"It's a very elegant building. The outside still has some construction going on but nothing noisy. "The apartment is exceptional in every way and therefore I must give it the highest rating possible. Apartment or more the building in which the apartments are have a fundamental design flow, which are electronic locks/keypads through which you gain entry. When the power outage in Spain happened the lock obviously went out and building doors were shut so we could not enter the property. I have asked for the physical key repeatedly but I was completely ignored. There was obviously zero contingency...
