"Amazing! Loved our suite. We chose the ground floor apartment with the private patio. It was wonderfully cool during the heat of the afternoon. Check out was easy and we were allowed to leave our bags for collection later in the day. The roof top terrace was a lovely place to relax in the evening with wonderful views of the cathedral and kestrels.Highly recommend and will book again."

"My son is a Penn State exchange student in Seville. We went over to visit him for a week and this was the perfect place. It was uniquely lovely. Our party was two 50 year olds and two 75 year olds. The elevator came in handy! It was clean and bright and the rooftop was such a great place to hang out. Plenty of bathrooms, the rooms were cozy, the living space was updated and everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. We loved it. "

"Alfalfa is a lovely neighborhood with many plazas and stores/restaurants, yet the apartment is on a side street that is fairly quiet. And it is surprisingly close to all the important attractions: 10 -15 minute walk to everything. We are two retired couples and would stay here again. Listing is accurate."

"Everything from start to finish was amazing. Location is superb, property was spotless. In the day we were leaving Clara allowed us to stay on in the apartment until we were ready to go as the next guests weren’t arriving till later. Couldn’t recommend the place highly enough. "We had lovely stay at this property. The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and shower was good. It was very close to all the main attractions and good restaurants. There is a little breakfast place eight where we step out to turn to the catheral across the street delicious. We had dinner twice at Bacao so fabulous! It was perfect to end our evening on the terrace for a glass of wine to finish our evening. Communication was excellent also!! In addition if you need a taxi it is literally right...

The property is in need of small improvements that could easily be made. The balcony handle is hanging by a thread (as is one of the towel rails) There could be more variety of plates. "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seville! The apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located. The AC worked very well and quickly cooled the space despite the 40 degree temperatures. We loved having access to the fridge and the convenience of the supermarket next door! Seville is a must visit destination and I would highly recommend this accommodation! "

"Its a bit out of the way for visitors without a car using public transport, but with a car it was fantastic as plenty of free parking in front. Quiet and safe area 24 hours manned reception - Receptionist was helpful checking me in, giving wifi instructions, recommendations for restaurants in the centre, etc. Fully self contained airconditioned flat with stocked kitchen, separate lounge, bed, bath areas.
