Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day. While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room. I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna."
