"I liked the Japanese style bathroom. Hotel felt safe and room was relatively quiet despite the night life scene outside (Shinjuku). Great service from staff and was able to borrow a hair straightener and skincare set. "
"This hotel made my trip to Japan unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their attentiveness and warm hospitality. The staff's excellent English skills made everything so easy and comfortable. I was also fascinated by the incredible food buffet, with its wide variety of assortments that catered to every taste. This was my second time staying here, and it definitely won't be my last. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and business partners for a truly exceptional experience!

"Breakfast was excellent. The pool was a bit of a walk from the hotel and there is no direct access from the hotel but it was nice as there are few hotels in Tokyo with pools. The service was amazing. We enjoyed the sky bar in the evenings for food and drinks and the sky bar buffet was very good. There is an elevator from the garden tower to street level where you are just a 3 minute walk to the subway. "
"Everything about this hotel is super great.
They have a nice happy hour time in between 5 to 9 PM daily. Front desk is helpful and nice. Laundry room was good and the password function is a big plus. Also, close by subway and not too far walk from JR as well. And is very close by lots of massage place so you can get a nice massage after a long day of shopping. "
