"The hotel room was clean, very updated and spacious. It felt very spacious for our group of 4 people. The staff were very helpful when I asked for other help like tips to go to Mt Fuji (she even wrote down the train information for me) , in sending my luggage to Narita airport and also receiving my luggage from a transfer service. The roof top deck was awesome and they even had a karaoke party with food on the Friday night we checked in. The location was a less than 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station which was so vey convenient to also take Narita express and the Mt Fuji train. Having all the big stores in proximity was amazing. It was also easy to catch a taxi in the area within a few minutes at most times of the day as many were passing by in the Main Street. The only issue like few people mentioned was a few building down from the street were not family friendly. Accessing the hotel from the main road was always the best option. Going down Naka street were many adult bars and such and had pictures which were not suitable for kids. Our taxi took a route passing down that street on Saturday night and it was crowded and not kid friendly. Would have been a 5 star stay all the way except for this one thing."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. The staff helped us forward our luggage to Kyoto. We chose the breakfast option, which was great since most cafes in Tokyo don't open until 10 or 11 AM. The breakfast buffet was definitely the standout of our stay. We loved all the different options available and even looked forward to breakfast & trying out new foods. I was also a big fan of the complimentary coffee, tea, & water available. The rooms were a good size and included personal washer & dryers. The hotel was very modern and clean. My only small concern is that the hotel is near Tokyo's redlight district (which I didn't know until after I booked the hotel), but you can completely avoid that area. This was not at all a problem for us. We thought the location of the hotel was helpful, especially when we had tours departing from Shinjuku station since it was a short-ish walk away."
