"The hotel advertised a swimming pool, but this is not operational. Hopefully they adjust their advertising to reflect reality. I was offered nothing in lieu of this, which was a bit surprising. The room was very nice and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant was fine. The shower head was broken in the bathroom, but other fixtures were functioning. Maybe focus less on robots and more on ensuring that the services are in place? "

"Very nice hotel and great staff. Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is clean, close to many restaurants, shops and central to all things tourist life but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood area so very quiet at night. The restaurant has good food too. Staff and Service were exceptional as they kept our bags for a few days when we were trekking tigers. We would stay here again."

One of the best trips of our lives. City is super clean; no garbage bags scattered everywhere and no sewage- or garbage-smells. Artisans...
