This is an amazing hotel. It feels and looks like it is brand new, and the owners clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. It should cost twice what it did. The room was immaculate and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful ā including being attentive for a very late 1am check-in. If Iām ever back in the area, this is where Iāll stay for sure.

We stayed at the Candlewood Suites for 7 days while in Bellevue visiting friends who live just a couple miles from the hotel. We were far more comfortable here than we would have been in a regular hotel, especially since we prefer to prepare our own food. This hotel was hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Extremely clean, the beds and pillows all seemed new and were super nice and comfortable. The hotel staff was great, they were super welcoming and anything we needed (towels, trash taken out, etc) was taken care of immediately and with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Council Bluffs area and I also plan on staying here every time I come back!
