"Hotel staffs are not able to speak English? I tried to ask for assistances for couple times but none of them could help. I picked a room without cleaning, which is fine, but does that mean the floor and inside the room can be dirty with stains? Trash is a main concern for me in Japan, which we understood the culture, but charge for trash if you leave it inside the room? I do hesitate the hot-spring, always packed and not sure if those are real hot-spring water because it spells like Clorox."

"The property is very close to the JR station, and bus terminal. There are many dining options in the area. "

"The hotel is located near Subway station about 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants available in the neighborhood. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comparatively spacious in this area. Breakfast included was tasty abundant in choices and healthy. There’s even complimentary ramen available in the evening. I would recommend to friends."

"Everything was perfect. Rooms were spacious which allowed us to have our luggage easily opened. The staff was kind, the amenities in the room were so great (personal slippers, razors, tooth brushes, shower sponges, headbands). Really loved the hotel "

"Room was clean and quiet. Laundry is on the 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet had a great variety (eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt with about 7 different toppings, cereal, french toast, salad with multiple dressings, udon noodles, curry & rice, different juices, and at the touch of a button the coffee dispenser would produce about 5 or 6 different drinks. I would recommend this place to everyone…oh and you literally cant be closer to a subway line. You walk out the front door and the stairway down is immediately to your left. Google maps may want you to take a different line depending on your destination but there is a line really close to you. When I checked in someone came right over to assist me and when I checked out it was super easy (just put your card into the machine and press “check out” you're done). "

"The room was quite small. The shower was connected to the sink, and for privacy you had to pull a curtain around both areas, which felt a bit awkward. It also lacked amenities that many hotels typically provide, such as face wash, lotion, and razors. I also want to mention that when I turned on the TV, the viewing history contained adult content. Since I had my child with me, this was concerning, although fortunately, nothing was seen. It would be a good idea for staff to clear the TV history between guests. The breakfast was just okay, with small portions and limited options. I would recommend this hotel for travelers without children. There is a decent bar and a DJ who performs in the evening. "
