The only bad thing was the breakfast one morning, when everything was cold and the cup of coffee wasn't hot. The toast was hard as a rock, so it was a total disappointment for the price. The hotel person did provide a discount upon checkout after I complained that no one in the kitchen would answer the phone."

"The staff was nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a plate of fruit waiting for us which was really nice. The breakfast was delicious too! The taxi and tour group in the lobby was super helpful and took us to the airport and Casco Viejo. "
