"Me, my partner and our 2 dogs spent an amazing weekend there ❤️ The place is magical. We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit! "Having previous booked a twin room and paid for 1 night June 18th ,.We arrived about 3.30 to find the hotel Bailbrook Lodge Bath completely inaccessable in spite of knocking ,ringing etc we went to the adjacent Bailbrook Hotel who (athough unconnected to BailbrookLodge) very kindly tried to contact the manager of BailbookLodge Absolutely no response . we therefore had to stay in another hotel for the night .I tried an email to Bailbrook lodge today address as advertised on their webstite...

"Ok, so this is one of the cheapest hotels in or around Bath. It’s clean and the breakfast is fine for the price. I have seen some reviewers complain about the variety but seriously what do you expect at this price. Our room was ok but very very warm. Location is great and with a bit of investment could be upgraded a few levels but then again so would the price. Uber was approximately £10 to Bath City Centre. "The staff were very friendly, and made us feel at home! The room was cozy and the view was beautiful, though the road outside was rather noisy, but it dies down after dark. I was hooked on the Cotswold Stout while we were there, and the town absolutely won our hearts! Highly recommended The Bear if you're around Marlborough!"
