"The room where in bad condition they smell of the chemicals they use chlorine not feeling safe gun shots early in the morning around 4-5 am. Had a very bad headache triggered my alergias. The manager did not wanted to refund they still changed us.4 night in pesos. Don’t go to this place. "

"I needed a place that was near the airport and the bus station. It needed to be near services, especially food. It needed to be relatively secure as I am an older woman traveling alone. It was all those things. It wasn't the best place I've ever stayed in nor was it by any means the worst. It was comfortable enough, the desk clerk received me with a tremendous amount of enthusiasm. "We notice there was food in the hallway outside of a guests room overnight. The concierge was not very inviting, engaging or approachable. Seems very busy in a cell phone. Check in staff was very nice. However I would suggest you advise guests about opening or creating an account for incidentals. Lastly the parking lot attendant was not very nice about advising about a lost ticket. The restaurant staff were excellent!"
