"Property has an excellent location directly on the ocean with panoramic views. It also has a spectacular pool area with fire pits and great outside seating area. They provide convenient parking and shuttle transportation to downtown Newport. Lastly, the staff throughout the property was friendly, competent and accommodating. I would recommend this property highly."

"You just can’t beat the hotel’s location to all things Newport. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last four years and was here this time to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The food is always good. The lobby and seasonal rooftop bar areas are a nice touch. The rooms are always clean, but for the price you pay to stay, some are worn and not really functional."

" I went there with relatively low expectations other than clean sheets. I was pleased with the room, in general. The bed was lumpy, higher in the middle, lower on the sides. There was a fat pillow & a thin pillow for choice. Not very comfortable for sleeping but clean. When I sat down at the desk, the seat of the chair was hardly there; it was missing the base, the frame was there, so I took one of the decor pillows & put it on the chair-problem fixed. I liked having coffee available 24...

"My whole family loves this hotel! It is beautiful and clean and in a perfect location. Very walkable to the harbor in Newport. The food is delicious and fresh, the bar is great, and even the mini bar in the rooms is a cut above. They have little stations on all of the floors (except the 2nd) where you can get cold water, sparkling water, ice, ice cream. Just another lovely touch at this hotel.
