"OMG! 2 Night Stay for My Daughter's UCF Orientation. King Size Bed with Spacious Room. Worked Remotely and Absolutely No Issues with Wi-Fi Connection or Speed. Loved the Complimentary Toiletries Because They Were Dove Products! Last But Definitely Not Least.....Huge Shot Out to the Front Desk Both During Check-In and Check-Out! Scheduled Our Check-In for Approximately 10:30 PM But Construction Traffic on I75 Had Other Plans. Called the Front Desk to Update Our Arrival Time and They Were Totally Understanding! During Check-Out Which was Supposed Scheduled for 11 AM Did Not Exactly Go According to Plan. During Morning Drop Off Time 8 AM for Orientation Day, I Decided to Try a Nice Breakfast Spot Across from the Campus. Well Breakfast Spot was Great! But Exiting the Plaza, Not So Great! I was at Stop Sign Waiting for My Chance to Merge Onto Traffic When I was Hit from Behind By A Car. Needless to Say I Wasn't Able to Get Back for the 11 AM Check-Out. After Completing All the Traffic Accident Legalities....I Called the Front Desk in Panic Mood and Explained U was Rushing Back as Fast as I Could Because of What had Happened. Front Desk was Again So Amazing and Sympathetic! Extended My Check-Out Time to 1 PM with No Issues. Will Most Definitely Make This My Go-To Hotel When Visiting My Daughter! Thank So, So Much!"

"If you're looking for a place that has a good view of the launch pads this is it You can see them right from your window as long as you have a Riverside view. Try to get as high as you can when you get your floor. There is also a viewing area for launches. Don't come too early The property is always booming so if you come early you're just going to be sitting around waiting for your 3:00 check in time and even then you're going to wait. This hotel has the best prices with the best of you available so it's very very busy almost always packed book in FAR in advance "

"All employees we came in contact with smiled and spoke to us. Asked if we needed anything. Bed was comfortable, food perfect, pool relaxing. I highly recommend you book a stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again! The highlight for our family was the lazy river—so much fun and a great way to relax and cool off in the afternoons. It really added to the vacation vibes and kept the kids entertained for hours. Breakfast on-site was a huge plus. It was convenient, tasty, and had a good variety of options to start the day right without having to leave the hotel. Also, our room was spotless—super clean and well-kept, which made us feel comfortable right away. One of the best parts is how close it is to the beach. We loved being able to just walk over and enjoy the sand and waves anytime we wanted without needing to drive or find parking. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order during our stay, and we had to climb six flights of stairs to get to our room. That was definitely a workout, especially with beach gear and tired kids in tow. Hopefully, that gets fixed soon. Overall, though, it was a great experience and we’d happily recommend this spot for a fun and relaxing beach getaway!"

"We had a handicap room but the shower was a high tub to step over, the tub was very slippery as was the shower chair. Definitely unsafe for me with no hip. Other than that everyone was very nice and helpful "
