"The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "

"Condo was fine, we had to Lyft to dinner and shopping since we didn’t bring a car, but otherwise ok. Had a couple of strange occurrences with lights coming on/off with no explanation and unexplained noises that were unsettling but fine for a short stay."

"This place is a perfect getaway for 1-2 people, clean, quiet, well decorated, small, but with plenty of storage and large closet. The kitchen is small yet well equipped. Ideal to spend a short vacation. I loved it so much, I stayed there twice. Definitely recommend it. "

"Lovely property, walk onto cocoa beach. Gorgeous sunrise from the balcony. This property had a stocked kitchen, coffee, all beach and bath essentials. Was very comfortable for a beach couple stay! Hope to go back!"

"Overall, pretty nice place. Larger than most I've stayed in. Convenient off the main road. Stocked with most everything. Pool was nice, didn't use it was too chilly out. Too windy to sit out or use yard or kayaks. Not sure about getting in water right there, but some may be ok with it. It was updated nicely, which I find a plus."

"My husband had a men’s retreat weekend right down the street so we found this little paradise by chance. The accommodations were very though out. Bed was so comfortable as well as the leather reclining couch. The bathroom was generously sized with good water pressure. In addition the neighborhood was very nice. "Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."
