If it's either a family holiday or a work commitment, this location covers all.
The ocean literally at your doorstep, our famous Bay and Coastal walkway straight running past and also our local cafes and Bars are just a short walk from this fabulous bungalow.
Supermarket and Fast food restaurants a walk across the park, too easy.
The kids will enjoy the great Playground or a round of Minigolf on the Bay. Our new Aquatic centre is just around the corner which invites for a swim/Spa or Gym session.
If you are lucky you can even spot some of our local penguins at dusk.

Stunning stunning stunning As a Real Estate agent from Christchurch I have seen some amazing homes , this holiday home has got that WOW feeling , the view of the Ocean, Sunny, modern first class facilities , there was nothing we could have wanted more. Everyone will throughly enjoy their time here.

What a fantastic stay we had at this property. It has it all. The view, comfort, location, cleanliness and it really does make you feel at home. I love how much of the artwork featured is shots of Timaru. The decor was stylish with a fantastic bathroom and kitchen. The beds super comfy. The neighbor hood was so lovely and quiet it was a joy to sit out side listening to the waves. Would highly recommend staying at this property. The owners were great to deal with should you need anything, but they pretty much have all the bases covered already.

Perfect location overlooking the ocean. Easy walk to Caroline Bay and downtown. Check in was easy with ample parking. House is cozy with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Kat was an amazing host who was more than accommodating. Bringing us extra fire wood for our fireplace and then a slow cooker down for me to cook my stew. Great location across from the water and close to major shops. Very warm, homely home

We enjoyed our stay nice and relaxing should note there is a train line close behind house with several trains a night passing. No close by cafe prop 20 to 30 min walk. House nice and clean and modern. Wood fire very cosy. Great shower with plenty of hot water.

Just loved our stay here .Was so relaxing looking out on the water .The beds were so comfortable ,the house spotlessly clean with all modern conveniences.The house must be really well insulated as it was boiling hot outside but nice and cool inside. Perfect location beachside and only a few minutes drive from town. A scenic walk just across the hill down to Caroline Bay. We loved Timaru so much we have decided to return to live !
