"The electricity was sometimes a bit spotty, but there was a battery backup which worked great for the internet. They brought firewood every day which was an awesome bonus!"

"The cabin had everything we needed - running water, hydro, wifi, fridge, grill, firewood, picnic bench, muskoka chairs, bathroom. The bed downstairs was a bit too soft for me but we could sleep in the bed upstairs. The stairs might be a little steep for some guests. Very private. It felt like we were the only ones around. Serdar was great - we had an issue with the bathroom which he managed to fix while we were out. Even recommended a few places when we saw him. No cellular signal so wifi was very handy. Make sure to download offline maps to get around the area and the provincial parks. Visited some nice wineries, breweries and cideries in the area. Lovely little cabin..we'll definitely come back."

"The house was great. The step out to the backyard was very low. It would be difficult for older people to go out to the backyard. On the second day we were out and the owner apparently thought we were gone and came in and started cleaning the house. After he realized we were still there he left but in the process he took some of our stuff, mostly tourist papers and some of our snacks. He didn’t leave a note letting us know what happened. We had to contact the host so she could find out what happened."
