The private beach area is absolutely dreamy and rental had everything we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and has the best views. Also- Allen was really helpful and informative about dining and local options. "

"We were a family or four with two boys, 16 and 17. House is about 6 houses down from Tahiti Beach. Very well appointed and in the perfect location. We also rented a golf cart and a boat. House had everything you we needed, along with beach chairs, floats, and cooler. Crystal clear waters along the deck. We often saw sea turtles, large starfish, and even nice sharks. Our favorite thing was to take the beach chairs and sit at the end of the dock in the early morning and evening. Perfect sunsets. All neighbors were nice. I highly recommend this rental. "

The house caretaker was an excellent communicator, arranged for a taxi at the airport and, using a grocery list we provided before our arrival, provisioned the house for us prior to our arrival. "5 Stars – Absolute Paradise at Second Wind!We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Second Wind in Hope Town, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The house is even more beautiful in person—bright, breezy, spotless, and perfectly set up for relaxing island life. The views are incredible from every angle, especially from the front porch!The location is ideal—close enough to the settlement, restaurants & marinas and are just golf cart ride away. The beach is just steps away, and is perfect for boating, swimming, and just soaking it all in.The communication with the owner was absolutely impeccable—quick, helpful, and so friendly. Every question was answered promptly, and it really made the whole experience seamless from start to finish.The hosts have thought of everything—fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, reliable Wi-Fi (even in paradise!), and all the little touches that made us feel at home from the minute we walked in. You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into this place.If you’re looking for the perfect blend of laid-back charm, comfort, and true Bahamian beauty, Second Wind is it. "Hope Town and Pa Willie’s was even better than we had hoped. The cottage is well equipped for a family of 4. Perfect location for beach and snorkel. Our boat and cart rentals were right across the street each day so close to the cottage. "

"What an awesome place to stay on vacation with good friends! This VRBO is a convenient location to Hopetown as well as the other islands. We love the Abacos and the views from the spacious porch of the aquamarine water was a daily treat. We sat out there in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings with whatever rum drink was offered. Oftentimes we would walk along the beach or just sit in the warm Bahamian water and visit some more. The owner/manager (Kevin) of this beautiful property was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions promptly. We WILL be back for sure!!! Carol and Ken"
