Air conditioning was controlled on the wall and no issues. Outlets for chargers were convenient and towels were replaced each of the days I returned from my adventures. "First time staying here, the location is perfect, right at the ferry terminal and the public beach which is a very short walk away. Did not take the ferry to Pelee Island, but seems like a perfect place to stay if you are. Check in was super quick and easy. Ample parking onsite. Only drawback is there is no food close by other than the burger shack by the ferry. But you could drive just a minute or two to the nearest restaurants. "
