"The hotel is in the middle of renovations, so it was a little messy and there was some construction going on during our stay\. But we’re excited to see how everything looks once it’s finished\! The location is great and really close to the beach\. There’s also a cute outdoor patio to enjoy breakfast, and the staff was attentive and kind\. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back\!"

"The house is just as described. Lots of room to sleep and spread out. We took kids and it was very easy to get to the beach. The parking spot is very small so you will need to find parking on the street. That was the only challenge we faced. Very clean. The two balconies in the mornings and evenings were amazing! Appreciated the room AC on the warm afternoons. Definitely recommend this location!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment in Newport Beach! The location was perfect—just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Having a designated parking spot was a huge bonus and made getting around so much easier.Our hosts were incredibly responsive and even met us when we arrived, making check-in smooth and welcoming. We absolutely loved the area and enjoyed being able to walk to so many places. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Newport Beach getaway!"
