One condo features 3 bedrooms (1 king size bed, and two bunk beds with a queen bed on bottom and a twin bed on top). The second condo has 3 bedrooms (1 bunk bed with a king size bed on bottom and a twin size bed on top on the master bedroom and a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and a twin bed on top on the other 2 bedrooms), so there's plenty of room for up to 20 guests to sleep comfortably.

You'll have access to two balconies, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and a perfect spot for watching the sunset. And don't worry about parking - you'll have two gated parking spots to ensure your car is secure. Plus, with four full bathrooms, getting ready for a night out on the town is a breeze. The two living rooms have a Smart TV with all the apps to watch your favorite shows, and a big comfy couch that can double as a bed.

The condos are inside a gated community with a security guard 24/7. Both condos have a private entrance to the beach that opens at 7AM and closes at 7PM everyday. It's the perfect place to spend some time off with friends and family. Each of the condos are in the same apartment complex but in different towers.

One condo is located on the second floor and the other one is located on the third floor.

We provide two assigned parking spaces. If you are bringing a third car you can park it outside the premises for free.

The complex has green areas all around the grounds for you to walk and enjoy excellent day or night strolls with perfect lighting on the facilities. Basketball and multipurpose court area available.
