"The natural beauty of the area around Brasstown Valley Resort is incredible. God's handiwork on display! Overall our experience was excellent. The only negative was that the Brassies Grill was understaffed every time we either ate there or tried to eat there. For the price of items on the menu and the fact that it was the only option for food at certain times at the resort, they definitely could do better. "

"This was an old, but renovated, motel. Very clean room including clean beds/sheets, spotless bathroom, working fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Beds very comfortable. The sink (vanity) was in the bedroom (like we've encountered in Europe), and its positioning in the room was slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and the light was good. No problem for us. I'd definitely recommend the place, but don't expect a high end Sheraton or Hilton."

"Even though some of the comments weren’t positive we thought we would try it. I felt it was very pretty and the beds were comfortable. The s’mores by the fire was fun and management kept replenishing supplies and kept the fire going. The desk was very nice. We will stay here again if we are in the area!"

"I liked that everyone was friendly and professional. I did not like that we had some flies and gnats in the room. Since we were on the first floor the people were smoking outside our doorway which is inconvenient as I am used to nonsmoking areas. But the owner was so nice and accomodating that the negatives were not a big issue. We enjoyed our stay."
