"We had to stay near the hospital after my husband’s surgery and this hotel was the perfect choice because of the price and location. Jeff and everyone at the front desk were awesome and very accommodating. It was a little outdated, but clean and the beds were very comfortable! Easy access to the freeway. Wonderful breakfast including make your own waffles! Would definitely stay there again! "

"I want to take a moment to recognize the front desk staff. The agents I interacted with throughout my stay were kind and incredibly helpful. Agents were wonderful in helping me navigate public transportation to my desired destinations and I appreciated the additional food and entertainment recommendations that were given to me when my plans changed last minute. As for the hotel itself, it is located in a great area and it was very easy getting around on public transportation as well as walking. There are so many great places to eat, drink, and explore within walking distance of the hotel. This includes that two restaurant in the hotel which I made sure not to skip over! Further, I appreciated the overall cleanliness of my room and the property itself. I can confidently say I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again in the future."

"We had a great stay! Check-in was quick and easy. When we arrived, only first-floor rooms were available, but the front desk staff was very accommodating and offered to move us to the second floor the next night if we preferred. We decided to stay on the first floor, which was fine, though we could hear footsteps from the room above at times. The location was super convenient—about a 15–20 minute drive to Disneyland. The room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated, with comfortable beds. Free parking is available, but it can fill up quickly. Luckily, we were able to find street parking right out front—just be sure to check the signs. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The lobby was clean, the attendant was cordial and he was sensitive to my aura. The car rental (Thrifty) was horrendous, my reserved car was 2.5 hours late however, my late arrival at hotel was met with concern and calmness. The room was just what I wanted, quiet, peaceful, and CLEAN! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Portland:)"
