. I felt very safe. I was there alone with my 8 year old grandson. We had breakfast both mornings in the lobby before heading out for the day. Housekeeping straightened up our room while we were gone, which I didn't expect but was appreciative. The grounds were beautiful and mostly shaded. The pool however, was much smaller than I imagined. If you can catch it during the day while people are out, it's nice, but after 5 it gets VERY crowded."
