The owner who I think was called Laura was extremely helpful with local knowledge about the walking routes that are available and she even let us borrow a map. "We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable and the four poster bed was lovely as well. The food at the hotel is very nice and very well priced and the real ales are superb. Although they don’t do breakfast there are plenty of places to get breakfast, we used Ye Old Nags Head and for £10.95 it was value for money. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at The Peak Hotel and will be staying...
