"첫날은 오버부킹되어, 예약된 객실과 다른 객실에서 숙박. (싱글룸예약-->트윈룸으로...) 그런데, 그 방의 창문이 고장나서 닫히지 않음. 모기들이 방으로 들어와서 항의 하니, 직원이 와서 커텐으로 창문을 가리고는 문제없다 함... 다시 방을 창문없는 아랫등급의 방으로 교체함. (한 등급 아래 방으로 바꿔주고 50RMB 할인해 줌) 둘째날은 방을 예약한 방보다 한 등급 위의 방으로 교체해 줌. 둘째날 방도 50RMB 할인해 줌. 총 100RMB 할인 받음."
