"A friendly welcome awaited us at this beautiful property. Our room ( lodge) was stunning. Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Fell asleep to the sound of the river roaring down beside the lodge. Breakfast was served by efficient, very friendly staff and was delicious. Would definetly recommend and hope to return."

About 20 miles to John O Groats. The room was comfortable and spacious with a town view. This was our last stop on the NC500. Upon leaving it was easy to get to the A9 which we took all the way to Pitlochry. A good road. Meals were not included in the price but were good value given that the hotel cost was very reasonable."

A fine place to stay on the NC500
"A modern hotel with dining facilities. Very good food and and breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Located in the town close to a supermarket and fuel. About 20 miles to John O Groats. The room was comfortable and spacious with a town view. This was our last stop on the NC500. Upon leaving it was easy to get to the A9 which we took all the way to Pitlochry. A good road. Meals were not included in the price but were good value given that the hotel cost was very reasonable."
