"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Nice place for a short stay. No problem with checking in or out. The pull out bed is small but works if you’re small. The place is smaller than the photos but works well for 1-2 people. "

"This semi-disaster of a "newly refurbished house" is the fault of VRBO...for two reasons. First, the property is still in the midst of being refurbished with a list of deficiencies that are too many to mention. Secondly, VRBO forced us to make a snap decision on this property because the host of our previously-booked location cancelled on us just 48 hours before we were arriving in England. "Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "
