"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again...

"A group of eight family and friends were in London to begin our trip to visit Normandy for the 80th anniversary of D-Day. Jubed was an incredible host-attentive and very informative about the area and things to do in London for the three days we stayed. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a safe area. It was an easy walk to the train-even for two 80-year-olds who were with us. All of us stated that if we were in London again, we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Jubed!!! Stephanie"

"This place was a perfect place for us to stay with our family while visiting London. It was a very short walk to the underground train. We could contact the host if we had questions or need something and they responded quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to use. There was a grocery store also just a short walk. We would stay here again if we come back to London."

"We booked a secret wedding in London and needed a place in the middle for our families to meet up. It catered for all of us! We had 2 children under 3, and 14 adults but it didn't seem cramped. Everybody was comfortable and content. Antoine was super responsive, and so was the young man who checked us in (I can't remember his name unfortunately!).
