"Hotel was packed with a lot of people who had been evacuated because of the wild fires. Everyone seemed to be doing their absolute best in dealing with a difficult situation. Staff was outstanding and really rose to the occasion. Room was recently renovated and very comfortable. Overall the hotel is fine, but I found the staff exceptionally courteous and kind. "

I have allergies and when we turned on the air conditioner the smell from the dirt inside caused a reaction. For 250.00 a night I would think The Ramada would do a better job. "
