"Awesome place "

"My number 1 want from a hotel, since my trips are in the summer, is that the air conditioner works well. The Hotel De Ville's AC was the best I have enjoyed in a hotel including some that I paid a hell of a lot more for than I did the De Ville. The walk-in shower was also excellent. The staff was polite and helpful and you are in easy walking distance of the North Beach. Parking is 9.99 a night but it was pointed out as you make your resevation and there is a good chance you can park in a covered space. If you are looking for a clean, safe no frills place to stay this is it."

"The property was great. I did not like the fact that the lock was not installed. The previous lock must have Brocken and the new lock was just hanging out of the broken holes. We asked for a new room and that one was better."
