"This hotel is in a great Pittsburgh location. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Vibrant neighborhood. Good hardy breakfast served onsite. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Pittsburgh."

"The mansion is a wonderful place to stay. It is historic and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend it. Breakfast was awesome. Staff is great and very friendly. Whe I reserved on Expedia there was no mention of an ammeniries fee. It was charged after I paid for my stay. I reached out the the mansion twice by email and by text, just asking for an explanation. The lights, the lamp switches, the shower were well placed. Breakfast was not luxurious but had the staples: 2 hot meats and 2 hot sides, hot oatmeal, apples and bananas and 2 kinds of fruit juice, and std selection of yogurt and breads. Not just a muffin and bad coffee like in too many motels in the...

"The staff were all amazing and so helpful. Stern was exceptional. He made our 2 evening's very fun and he was very informative about local things to do. We were told to try an amazing Italian Restaurant and given exact directions to get to every where we wanted to go. The location is in a nice and safe area. The bed was sooo comfy and the noise level in our room was very minimal compared to other places we have stayed. Great job!!!!!! We will stay here again!"
