A Beautiful property just 15 minutes drive from the falls. Lovely quiet location. Everything is as described. Beds are high quality so slept very well. A real gem and we had a lovely stay. 100% recommend!

New & affordable

suburban home, newly constructed within 10-15 mins of niagara falls. A nice break from all the money grabs and tourist traps. Clean 4 BR 2.5 bath home with garage offered a nice place to relax and recharge.

Nice Property for Niagara Falls Vacation

House is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean and convenient to Niagara Falls but not crowded. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice view out the back of a small pond, we saw a beaver and some ducks. House does not have a lot of pots and pans if you are going to be cooking plan to bring some and not many spices. Plenty of dishes and glassware. We really appreciated the Tim Horton coffee pods. Host was great communicator when we had issues with the TV. Highly recommend.

The home is lovely, great location off the strip away from the crowds but still close. However, if you’re planning to prepare a meal for your family, you’ll need to bring your own pots and pans. Kitchen is not stocked well. We had to go buy a skillet to make breakfast. I had planned on baking some cookies one night, BUT again no baking sheet to use. There are only 5 bowls total. Only a couple (2) drinking glasses but plenty coffee cups.

Me my wife and our girlfriend stayed here with my 19yo son and his fiance. It was sapost to be a motorcycle trip from Indianapolis to Niagara Falls through Michigan and out through New York , Pennsylvania, ohio and back to Indianapolis. However we was plagued with problems my son wrecked his harley at 70mph (him and his girlfriend are ok i fully recommend praying for safe travels before leaving the house. And wearing leathers and helmets))in ohio before we hit Detroit and my girlfriends bike blew up the battery. So we spent a day getting the bikes back to Indiana. Hoped in a car and set out on the adventures again. When we arived at the house the trip started to get better. The location is great 20 min from the falls. We were able to do the walk behind the falls. The jet boat tour and skylon tower dinner. It was a great family trip loaded with tramabonding and great adventure i fully recommend this verbo

Okay but not great experience

The lock was broken and we had to use garage door as only entrance and manually press the code each time when we left and entered. It's a little inconvenient.Also the the lawn was almost a feet high which cause the city to issue a notice.No laundry detergent.It's in a relatively new neighborhood and you can see construction everywhere.Other than above, I can say we had a good stay in general. The house is big enough to accommodate a family of 5.

The house was quite new, clean, and up for sale in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen lightly stocked but no kitchen towels except paper towels. Bathrooms had no washcloths or hand towels. There were 6 bath towels that 4 of us also used in washroom and kitchen. The smart TV did not have live TV or apps available. Host was notified & he was timely to provide instructions initially, however that didn't work and he did not follow through so we were 4 days without television. Laundry equipment was nice. Sparsely furnished but perhaps because it was for sale. No dressers or tables in bedrooms so we used the floor for our clothes. The front door lock worked one time when we initially arrived, but thereafter we needed to use the garage entry. Also limited seating in the main area. Needed to use dining room chairs there for all of us to sit in living room. The 2 bar chairs showing in the picture were not there. The location and parking space was great.
