"I recently stayed at the Blackwell Grange Hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely view of the gardens. The leisure facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and a fantastic bonus for a relaxing break. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasure — the food was fresh, well-prepared, and served in a lovely setting. Breakfast had a great range of options, catering to different tastes. Location-wise, it’s ideal — close enough to Darlington town centre yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Whether you’re staying for business, a weekend break, or a special occasion, Blackwell Grange offers excellent value and a touch of luxury. "We stayed for one night,the room was lovely very clean,the bathroom had everything we need even a shower mat .overall cleanliness was very good .the staff were very friendly and advised us what we could see in Harrogate.The breakfast was very good but not as hot as I would have liked. Would definitely stay there again."

"1-night stay for a business trip. This hotel is in a convenient location right on the Scotch Corner junction. Room was clean and as expected, easy parking. The restaurant was OK for both breakfast and dinner, not fine dining but decent enough. I recommend this one over the next Holiday Inn further north."
