Beds are comfortable and the amenities available are great. Bar prices are higher than I’d expect for being in the North, but the quality and selection available is great. The swimming pool is quite small, but serves a purpose and has a hot tub which is a bonus. "

"In a great old building with its own bridge across the canal . Very convenient for the city centre but in a really interesting place. Only downside is the dual carriageway running past. Windows closed keeps noise out, but on a hot day the noise would be a problem , though not so much overnight. Staff were friendly smart and efficient , Really enjoyed our one night stay and hope to return. "
