"Clean,friendly,lovely location and nice staff. For a three star it’s definitely only just missing out on being a four star as was hard to fault and we had a great two nights there. Food was very good,staff were friendly and attentive,rooms clean and warm with nice fittings and drinks at the bar reasonably priced. Will be staying again as loved our visit and did some great walking in the local area."

"If you are visiting Holmfirth, the Elephant & Castle is the absolute best place to stay! The staff are so attentive and really make you feel welcome. Autumn was fantastic when we arrived, helping us settle into our rooms right away. The rooms themselves are clean, fresh, and well-maintained. "The Cambridge is a gem, so glad I found it. Location is very central for station and civic amenities and walking distance from proper pubs! It's in an older, quieter part of town so there is lots to see and decent places to eat. The rooms are just as good as Premier Inn (where I usually stay when in Huddersfield) and half the price. Parking underneath the hotel is fab and access will be much improved when the road works are finished."
