We both appreciated the nice aromas throughout the hotel and the level of cleanliness. The upgrade was an amazing bonus. "Fantastic location. Restaurant and bar very good. Breakfast buffet very good. Bridge view room was brilliant with an amazing panoramic view of Tower Bridge, River Thames and surrounding areas. Only downside was the bathroom in need of an update. Would definitely visit again. "
