"This is a luxurious feeling hotel and experience. We booked a king standard room for one night and we're given the opportunity to upgrade to an executive room. Absolutely no need to and glad we didn't! 10/10 for the stay and delicious breakfast with quality ingredients."

"Tired but reasonable hotel. Reception only opens at 9.30am. Not good when you realise you need a hairdryer before breakfast. Under staffed but friendly. Really nice breakfast. John in the bar was a lovely lad"

"On arrival was informed there was no hot water, was iffer to swap over to sister hotel over the road which we did. Staff were very helpful in this change over. Sister hotel prince of wales. Staff were lovely and welcoming, room clean and spacious. Would definitely visit again."
