"The cottage was extremely warm, clean and modern. Generally well set up with a spacious kitchen, living room diner, just lacking a few kitchen items such as serving dishes and utensils. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The TV was excellent and the furniture was good. The cottage was ideal for 3 couples having three ensuite bedrooms. The owners had provided a Christmas tree and it served us well for our Christmas break. We would certainly recommend it to friends who wished...

"Wigeon is a very comfortable and very well appointed house. Located in a peaceful position in Thornham you are moments from the sea and opposite fields where you can see barn owls hunting morning and evening. We have stayed at Wigeon three times now and will definitely go back."
