"This is our favourite holiday property in Norfolk. It has provided us with great comfort and met all our needs. It is perfectly located for the north coast, its fine beaches, walks, good pubs and restaurants. We have stayed there on three occasions and hope to do so again. We highly recommend it."

"Bungalow was one of the best properties we have stayed in. Well equipped and very comfortable. Best few nights sleep in quite a while! Lovely to have a private garden which we took full advantage of on the days the sun was out. Would recommend and hopefully we will be returning."

"Great property, good location but not 100% clean. Had to wash a few pots before use and lots of dust under the bed. Windows dirty and quite a lot of dust and cobwebs. The settee was the hardest, ugliest and most uncomfortable that we have ever sat on. It was large enough for myself and my sister but I can’t see 6 adults stopping there comfortably. In all we had a good week but the sofa meant we couldn’t really relax in the evening so had to sit in the conservatory."

The house is well equipped with everything we needed for five of us and is well situated - there is a small shop around the corner and Hunstanton's shops, pubs and sea front are no more than ten minutes walk. "Fantastic house in Hunstanton. Super comfortable and very well equipped.Lots of lovely little touches and great communication with the management of the property. Great location as a base for exploring NorthNorfolk. The sunsets are amazing !! Fell in love with the beach at Old Hunstanton walking for miles and miles with our dogs. So much we extended our stay and replay didn't want to leave."

"Elma Cottage proved a perfect base for my family for a very sunny bank holiday weekend. Comfortable beds, sofas and a well equipped kitchen. Lots of space and (despite being warned it might not be great) no issues with WiFi which was put to good use by two boys. We used the brick BBQ and had a fantastic meal in the lovely sun trap of a garden (which our Labrador loved). A short walk to the delightful beach nearby and an even shorter walk to the local Pub where we enjoyed a good supper."

"Second visit to the Porch House and just as great as the first. The house is beautifully decorated with a sunny relaxing garden. Home from home, great location to both the town and the dunes of Old Huntstanton."

"Ideal property for 2 people,very clean , modern and cosy. Lots of little extras that were much appreciated like milk, biscuits washing up liquid and fresh flowers. Lashings of hot water & easy heating to control if needed. Handy little garden which was ideal for us to store our bikes. Location is suburban but so quiet and peaceful yet within easy walking of everything in Hunstanton."
