"Cozy home right on the water that feels like you are staying at a family member's home.As soon as you enter the home you can tell that this was someone's house...not just a house that was purchased for renting. I immediately felt like I was staying at a favorite aunt's house. Loved that it was right on the water with the perfect sized dock to take out the available kayaks. The 3 season porch was a great place to watch the sunset, play cards, or just relax. I appreciated the kitchen pantry with olive oil, S&P and some seasonings - made cooking our few meals much easier!For awareness, this home does have well water - not a big deal but if you aren't used to it, it might a surprise. Patti does supply drinking water (water cooler in the corner) which is a really nice touch!If you are looking for a place that is off the beaten path, relaxing, and well loved, this is place for you."

"We loved the property! The cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Steps away from lake Huron. Very private and beautiful setting. We Enjoyed the beach, kayak and the campfires. Our family and dogs loved it!! We hope to come back for a longer stay!"
