"The rooms were clean and well kept"

"If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the nastiest, most unprofessional places I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like basic customer service was too much to ask. Apparently, knocking before barging into a guest’s room is too difficult for them. "Very friendly staff …clean and helpful"

They eventually offered me 2 king suites for the evening and I could then check in to the room I booked at 12pm the next day I agreed and settled in for the evening. The next day we checked in to the room I...
