"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Vienna, Austria. After landing early in the morning, we took an Uber from the airport with no difficulty and arrived at the hotel quickly. Even though check-in wasn’t officially until 3:00 PM, the receptionist was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Since we are members, they were kind enough to give us our room right away, which we truly appreciated after our flight. The hotel is in a great location. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Opera House and the city center, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The surrounding area is clean, safe, and full of great restaurants and places to explore. We were traveling as three adults and found the accommodations very comfortable. On our last day, after returning from Innsbruck, the manager surprised us by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, which made the end of our trip extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Vienna. "

"The hotel was not a 4 star. Not the usual amenities that you would expect. The bathroom had hair stuck on the back of the door. Body lotion empty and not refilled even when we left the top off. The paintwork needed redoing. The bar shut really early so could not use it. The reception staff overall were good apart from one receptionist who did not provide good service at all."
