"We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Plenty of public transport close by. Breakfast had a good selection. Rooms comfortable and staff very helpful. Would recommend this hotel. "

"It was such a pleasure to check-in to the property after coming from my friend's beautiful Vienna apartment....BUT had a smoker below her! I was greeted by lovely woman at the front desk who gave me a brand newly renovated room. I could smell the fresh paint and new wood on the floors. The bathroom was pretty and had brand new toiletries--- best of all the entire hotel is absolutely SPOTLESS! Don't forget to ask your complimentary daily drink from the bartender. Sitting in the lounge is so relaxing before your dinner out with friends. The location of the hotel is prime, but not packed with tourists (like closer to the Albertina and those shops)-although still in walking distance to everything! I couldn't believe the price for what you get. Oh, and the housekeepers are so nice and precise! Book here and you won't be sorry. Bravo, Kaiserhof! You get my vote and I'm very picky!"

"Too noisy not only the train that passing but also the people living near by who’s talking so loudly until dawn. Staff not being helpful. The idea of minimalism is good but sacrificing the comfort of the customer not good( no fridge, no kettle and glasses, and no vault inside the room) not a water dispense nearby, no cleaning until after 3rd night. I don’t get the service and amenities I paid for ( high price tag) . "

"I Stay here again and again! Great location only a few stops from the city centre easy to get to the main attractions. The rooms are a good size and clean. Friendly staff. The hotel is on a quiet street so easy to sleep at night . Highly recommend "

"The staff at any hotel are front-face of the hotel. The staff I interacted with at the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff are excellent! They go out of their way to help! My only disappointment was I ran out of handkerchives on the first day and the box wasn't replaced. I'm not sure if that's a policy at the hotel. The room I had was a decent size and thankfully it was warm. As I was attending a conference I was not in the room much. For me, the hotel was very conveniently located and there is a supermarket nearby too."
