"The main reason for our break was birdwatching at Minsmere and this property is very conveniently situated for this. We have stayed here before and found it clean warm and well equipped. It has been built to very high standards and is perfect for two couples. There are two pubs nearby where food is served one you would have to drive to unless it was a summer evening, the other only a few minutes walk away."

"At the end of a long and narrow driveway one suddenly arrives at an enchanted garden ... friendly owners will show you around the ponds and garden, including the chicken coops and large veggie garden (by the way, the eggs were just yummy!). Enjoying a late afternoon aperitif on the deck next to the pond, with the swans in the distance, is just magical. We will definitely return as the place is also ideally located to discover the broader AONB of the Suffolk Coast & Heath ... Orford, Woodbridge...

"Stayed at Seckford Hall for a Wedding. The house & grounds are beautiful & the rooms were comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly & the hotel being

friendly was a massive plus. The only slight annoyance was the length of time it took to get breakfast, I had to wait over an hour. I understand this was probably due to the wedding but there should be enough staff to cope with demand. Apart from that I had a lovely stay."

"The Broadside room is excellent, spacious, and clean. It's in a separate building near the back of the extensive, pleasant beer garden, and a sense of space.

"Everything we needed was provided. We did bump our heads a couple of times on the low door frames and had to take care upstairs, because of the different levels of steps. We purchased a weekly parking permit to park in the public parking area by the rec center. When we needed to load/unload it was challenging at times to navigate the car down the narrow street, especially with some parked cars sticking further out. Overall though a lovely cottage."

"We had a wonderful stay at Scibblers Cottage. It was very well provisioned, cosy and clean. Woodbridge is a really great place to explore Suffolk from and Scribbler cottage is within walking distance everyhting you would need, pubs, shops, walks on the river and restaurants. "
