Check carefully the room type if you have children under 12, as they are expected to sleep in the bed with the adults. The outdoor pool is perfect on a hot day, and the hotel rooms are quiet and very comfortable."

"First time staying here. Pretty convenient with short walk to Havelock MRT. Facilities are good. Cleanliness is very good. Some feedback to improve is WiFi connectivity, sometimes cut out. Not a fan of the bathtub shower. Otherwise, happy to return again next time!"

"We were very pleased with our stay at Waterloo nad would consider a second stay. The location was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. We did not eat at the restaurant or experience any other amenities, but the bottled, non-alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar were too expensive. The car dropoff/pickup was poorly defined and awkard for both passengers and drivers--perhaps not finished?"
