"Breakfast was sooooo overcrowded each morning we had to queue up each day for a decent amount of time the food was just ok our grandkids didn’t really eat each day but filled up on fruit"

"Staff are friendly and proactively offering to assist while they greet you. There were only bath tub and fixed shower head (without any handheld ones). The rooms have high ceiling, which makes you feel spacious. TV channels were very limited, couldn’t find CNN, BBC, etc. The buffet breakfast restaurant was also spacious, choices of food were quite basic."

"Great location near multiple MRT stations, bus stops, and within easy walking of many restaurants, bars and shops in the quay area. Staff were friendly and helpful, good variety of food available at breakfast "

"The club rooms are superb and the breakfast and afternoon provided with the club benefits are spectacular. Check carefully the room type if you have children under 12, as they are expected to sleep in the bed with the adults. The outdoor pool is perfect on a hot day, and the hotel rooms are quiet and very comfortable."

"We were very pleased with our stay at Waterloo nad would consider a second stay. The location was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. We did not eat at the restaurant or experience any other amenities, but the bottled, non-alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar were too expensive. The car dropoff/pickup was poorly defined and awkard for both passengers and drivers--perhaps not finished?"
