The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. Dealing with a loss with a family doesn't give you the right to treat your guests bad."

The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). "

"Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. "

"We had such a fantastic stay at 811 Aquarius in Townsville! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up and seeing the ocean each morning was a highlight! The location is perfect, right on The Strand and close to parks, cafes, and everything you need.It was the perfect spot for both relaxing and exploring. The pool area was great for the kids, and we loved being able to walk everywhere without needing the car.Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend"
