"Overall, a good stay at Peace Hotel Beijing. The hotel is admittedly a bit dated, but still perfectly acceptable. The location is excellent — very convenient, with two different metro line stations nearby, and very close to Beijing APM, which made getting around really easy. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful — communication in both Chinese and English was generally fine. Service attitude was positive, and they were always willing to assist. Special shout-out to Jack at the tour desk. He was extremely clear and knowledgeable in helping me figure out my options for visiting the Great Wall, and he was very attentive when helping me book the tour. He even called me personally to follow up after his shift changed, which really shows his sense of responsibility. Excellent service! Would recommend this hotel, especially for the location and the helpful tour desk."

"An excellent gem of a hotel. Centrally located. Restaurants and shopping right outside of the main entrance. Bathroom had the best electronic toilet. Better than the Japanese and South Korean versions. Hairdryer was the best. Comparable to the Dyson’s. Breakfast buffet was healthy and plentiful. The dining area was spacious, clean and comfortable. Public washrooms were plentiful on B1 and the ground floor lobby. Suite rooms equipped with a small refrigerator and the contents within were free. Robotic room service was available. The hotel was Smart equipped. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Meeting a DiDi required a 4 minute walk through the pedestrian mall to the street intersection. The nearest Metro was about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Umbrellas were free to use and must be returned. We would love to return to this lovely hotel if we were to visit Beijing again. Highly recommended!"

"The amenities surpassed expectations and staff went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t get ourselves lost. My daughter’s luggage broke and a staff member stepped in and ordered her a replacement which arrived the next day. We received assistance with bookings and translations, nothing was too much to ask. The hotel is very stylish and immaculately kept. This one is an absolute gem, highly recommended and in a great location in a traditional Hutong close to shopping, eateries and access to popular sightseeing destinations."

"Excellent location. Very close to lots of attractions and subway. Lots of food close by. The hotel is in a small alley and was a little hard to find. The staff were awesome. Always helpful and try their best to help us out. Breakfast was the same everyday. Not buffet, but a standard pack delivered at your room. It was either a sandwich or dumplings."
