"We got stuck in Reno for an extra day due to Highway 80 being closed. We shifted over from the Nugget (Stay & Play requirement, IYKYK) to Grand Sierra resort. Grand Sierra is clean and modern, and overall a great time! From the stores in the basement to the restaurants to the showing alley, it is a one stop entertainment shop!!! This is our second time to GSR- it’s our favorite place to stay in Reno! Highly recommend! "

"We had a group of 12 coming in for several days, and the place was perfect for what we needed! The check in was smooth, and Marissa was accomodating and responded quickly to our requests. The hot tub was a definite bonus for us, and was used several times during our stay. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group! "

"The hotel is in bad condition. The rooms smell like smoke. The smoke detector was missing in one room and there were burn marks everywhere.Had to purchase products to clean the bathroom. There were smears on the wall. The other room the ac was not in order and they were aware is did not work before renting the room. Upper management refused to even acknowledge the problem. Will never return."

"The condo was nice and very well kept. The host was quick responding and left very clear instructions. Tho only issues that i found with the property is that the mattresses were not comfortable. I ended up going to buy a foam topper to use for the second night. I recommend adding a foam topper to each and the stay would have been perfect. "
